DELIVERY & RETURNS
We can deliver anywhere in the UK, using one of our own vans or via our trusted courier company who have many years experience in handling luxury furniture.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. Prior to this we will contact you to confirm a date and time that suits your requirements. At point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number stated on the delivery note. We also ask you to check all items have been received in good condition, for any reason any item has arrived in a substandard condition please contact us immediately.
Please note: if you arrange a delivery and you’re not in, you will be liable for a re-delivery charge. Please check our T&C’s for further delivery information.
We can deliver to most EU countries - please get in touch for more information.
If you’d prefer, you can always collect directly from our showroom or from our workshop in SW8. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with an estimated lead date and we will confirm a week before that your item will be ready for collection.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase we will happily refund or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Items bought through our online store are returned at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, and should be unused, in a fully resaleable condition with its original packaging.
Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed and this can take up to 10 working days.
Made-to-order items are not returnable or refundable, unless they are found to be faulty.

We quality control our items stringently before they leave us, but in the event an item arrives damaged, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with photographs clearly showing the evidence of the damage. Please provide your order number as a reference and your telephone number so that we can contact you and resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
